Year 13 students at Stephen Perse Cambridge Sixth Form are celebrating receiving offers to study at globally renowned education institutions from across the UK including the University of Cambridge, the University of Oxford, the University of St Andrews and The Royal Northern College of Music.
Students at Stephen Perse Cambridge have also been offered places at further Russell Group universities and notable institutions, including the University of Warwick, Imperial College London, Newcastle University and University of Exeter. This year’s cohort will go on to study a wide range of subjects at their chosen universities such as English Literature, Biomedical Sciences, Law, History of Art and Natural Sciences. Offers to study Medicine or Veterinary Medicine will follow in the coming months, together with results of US and worldwide university applications.
Commenting on the students’ achievements, Richard Girvan, Principal, of the Stephen Perse Cambridge, said: “From Classics and Middle Eastern Studies to Earth and Planetary Sciences to Modern Languages and Illustration, this year’s offers reflect the strength of our students’ applications and it is no surprise to see that they have secured offers to study at prestigious universities and educational institutions. We are tremendously proud of our students’ accomplishments, which are a testament to their hard work and commitment to their studies, supported by their families and our dedicated teaching staff, who I know will be as proud as I am”.
